I will have to combine 3 days into 1 since I am so far behind as I have been told, wink wink. So many things these elves have done and so many more days until they go home with Santa. I love thinking of how many ideas we can use for these elves. I am totally enjoying every second.
On Tuesday, our elves hung candy canes on the kids lights and hung themselves up there too. I think Ada and Ollie just wanted to hang out and watch the kids sleep.
Wednesday morning was hysterical and I will not be able to type how excited my kids were that these silly little elves stole my car and parked it out in the front of the house up the street. The kids were running in circles screaming and laughing so hard that the elves did this to my car and wanted to know where they had gone. I have my ideas, I found an empty Starbucks cup.
This morning my son said the elves must have been tired b/c they did not cause any problems today, they were just sitting in a chair reading a book. THEN, the kids arrived at school and as they took their books and folders out, they found them all gift wrapped. I bet their expressions were priceless and I would have paid to see them. Hehehehehehehehehehe. Oh, and I sent an email to the teachers just as a heads up to what would be happening at school and to apologize in advance for any problems this might have caused as well as a distraction. Both teachers cracked up and loved the idea. I am so lucky to have these teachers in my kids lives.
